Your business is very important to us; please refer to the following for details regarding our warranty & replacement process.

  1. Sang Lin Tackle Sd. Bhd. believes our tackle products should be supported by a warranty of equal or better quality.
  2. If your tackle bought fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will conditionally replace the product.
  3. Normal wear, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered.
  4. Products must be returned to SL with proof of purchase along with written explanation of the defect to be considered for replacement.
  5. You may have other rights that vary from tackle shop to another tackle shop.
  1. Contact our customer service team with a description and photos that clearly depict the reason for your claim.
  2. An RMA# and shipping label will be issued so the item(s) can be returned to SL.
  3. It may take up to 3 weeks to receive a response.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will send out a replacement. If the claim is denied, we will contact you with a reason and return the original item(s).
  5. SL is not liable for lost packages.
  6. Proof of purchase and RMA# is required prior to returning item(s) to SL.
  7. If unable to reach customer via email or phone within 60 days from the last point of contact, the warranty claim will be considered abandoned and item(s) will be returned to original shipping address.
